It was a marvellous day as the weather was bright and hot.Me and another 11 of my friend weresurposed to go for our dragon boating event after school.We ended school at 1.20p.m and after lunch we were off to kallang.There were many people at the bus stop going to kallang to.When the first bus came which was a direct bus to kallang,and the people there rushed in and so we were not able to boared it as a result we had to wait for another bus.
But a differnt bus came and my friend knows how to get there using this bus so we followed him.Although it was not a direct bus but it we could get there.We took the bus to Bugis MRT Station and took a MRT from there to Kallang.Finally, we reached there and we were about to reach there after a 5 minutes walk.
When we got there we were about 15minutes late but we could still cathch the briefing.we took of our shoes and were soon ready for the dragon boating competition to begin between the four houses in pur school.The higher secondary got to go first our house was tied if another one at the top after 2 rounds.Next it was our turn and we had a really great time.We did not make it fiirst in the overall due to us as came in last.Soon,the event was over and it was time for us to go.
We talked to a few of the teachers and we left.We soon took different routes as we leaved at differnt places so we bit our farewells there and were on our way home.We had a really great time together and had lots of fun.We learnt about teamwork and cooperation,i hope we could come back here agiain to play again.
